Job Description Key Responsibilities:
n n Oversee financial reporting and month-end/year-end close.
n Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
n Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
n Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and statutory requirements.
n Lead accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
n Review balance sheet reconciliations and financial accuracy.
n Drive process improvements and financial automation initiatives.
n Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
n Monitor key financial KPIs and business performance.
n Lead and mentor the accounting team.
