n Role Description
n The Inside Sales Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, and generate new business opportunities for cybersecurity and IT infrastructure solutions.
n Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, presenting relevant solutions, coordinating product demonstrations, and following up on proposals to drive conversions.




n The Inside Sales Representative will also focus on building strong customer relationships, ensuring timely responses to inquiries, and contributing to customer satisfaction and retention.
n Qualifications
n n Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years relevant experience in Inside Sales in technology or B2B environments is preferred
n Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field is beneficial
n Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including experience with outbound calling, prospecting, and prospect qualification.
n Candidates should possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
