Job Description Experience :7-10 Years
n location : Ahmedabad
n Shift timings : 12:30PM to 9:30 PM
n Experience preferred : International Credit controller
n Role & responsibilities:
n The position would be responsible for
n 1. Credit Control Management
n 2. Raising Sales Invoices on the Client's CRM System.
n 3. Uploading Sales Invoices on the Client's Portal.
n 4. Forecasting and reporting on collection
n 5. Executing tasks on Microsoft CRM as per client's instructions.
n 6. Fetching reports from Microsoft's Accounting software
n 7. Daily client communications over Microsoft Teams.
n 8. Daily reporting to the clients on tasks completed and outstanding debt.
n Qualification and Skills:
n n Excel knowledge (Vlook up/Pivots)
n Experience in Credit Control Management
n Experience in communicating with clients offshore.
