n Open Position:
n Associate Director - MICE Sales (Minimum 15 years plus of experience in MICE Sales).
n Location: Mumbai and Bangalore.
n Key Responsibilities:
n ·Develop and execute MICE sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market growth
n ·Secure new MICE business from corporate clients, associations.
n ·Build and maintain long-term relationships with key MICE clients
n ·Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
n ·Manage contracts, invoicing, and payments for MICE bookings




n ·Lead and mentor MICE sales team; collaborate with Operations and Events teams
n ·Monitor market trends and participate in MICE trade shows
n Requirements:
n ·Criteria Requirement-
n ·Education - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Business/Marketing; Master's preferred
n ·Experience - 15+ years MICE Sales, 5-7 years leadership role
n ·Skills-Robust negotiation, closing, presentation & communication skills.
n ·Technical - CRM systems, MS Office proficiency.
