n n Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in TIC business and in line with company objectives.
n Developing and implementing business development strategies to expand the client base.
n Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
n Preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations for clients.
n Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
n Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless execution of projects.
n Track, monitor, achieve and report on sales pipeline, performance metrics, and revenue targets.
n Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
n Follow up with clients to ensure timely and full collection of outstanding payments, with a focus on meeting DSO targets and reducing ageing receivables.
n Perform other duties as assigned.
n n Qualification & Experience : Any Graduate with 5+ years of experience in similar profile.
