Job Description Responsibilities:
n n Conduct detailed consultations to understand clients' immigration goals and recommend suitable PR, TRV, Study Abroad, or Work Visa pathways.
n Assess client eligibility based on immigration regulations and explain available options with complete transparency.
n Present GreenTree Immigration's services, process methodology, and pricing professionally to prospective clients.
n Build trust through ethical counselling and guide clients from consultation to enrollment.
n Follow up with leads, address client queries, and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales cycle.
n Maintain accurate client records, consultation notes, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
n Coordinate with the Process Team to ensure a seamless transition after client onboarding.
n Stay updated on immigration policies, visa regulations, and country-specific eligibility criteria.
n Achieve monthly consultation, conversion, and revenue targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.
n Uphold GreenTree Immigration's 404 Error Free Visa Process and Zero Manipulation Policy in every client interaction.
