Job Description Senior Chartered Accountant (TIC Industry)
n Industry: Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC)
n Experience: Minimum 15 Years
n Location: Rajarhat, Kolkata
n We are looking for a senior finance professional who is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience to lead and manage our Finance & Accounts function. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of leading finance teams, driving financial strategy, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting business growth. Experience in the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) industry or a similar service-based organisation will be an added advantage.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Lead, mentor, and manage the Finance & Accounts team, ensuring operational excellence and continuous development.
n Oversee the company's entire finance and accounting function.
n Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
n Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and all other statutory and regulatory requirements.
n Manage statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and regulatory inspections.
n Drive budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow management.
n Provide strategic financial insights and business recommendations to senior management.
n Strengthen internal controls, financial governance, and risk management processes.
n Manage banking relationships, treasury functions, and working capital requirements.
n Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll accounting, and fixed asset management.
n Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities.




n Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and maintenance of financial records.
n Support commercial operations through financial analysis, costing, pricing, and profitability assessments.
n Drive automation and continuous process improvements within the finance function.
n n Qualification
n n Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified (Mandatory).
n n Experience
n n Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.
n Demonstrated experience in leading and managing finance teams.
n Experience in the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) industry is preferred.
n Strong exposure to financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, audits, compliance, and ERP systems.
n n Required Skills
n n Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
n Expertise in GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and statutory compliance.
n Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent.
n Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial analysis skills.
n Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities.
n Robust analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
n Ability to work in a dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
