Job Description SENIOR ARCHITECT
n Min. 5 yrs of experience in HIGHRISE RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION (Only Apply)
n Location : Indiranagar, Bangalore
n Industry : Real Estate - Housing Construction Only
n Expected Experience : 6-8 years
n Notice Period : Immediate
n Qualification : B.Arch / M.Arch
n Remuneration : 8 – 10 lacs per annum
n Key Skills :
n 1) experience in handling high rise projects with good understanding of structural, plumbing & electrical & architectural drawings.
n 2) Excellent technical as well as practical knowledge.
n 3) Good statutory requirement knowledge like NBC, Bylaw etc
n 4) Preference for experience in developers office
n 5) Co-ordination with all external consultants on board
n 6) Co-ordination with Execution team , site visits for design accuracy check
n 7) Consolidate all architectural requirements and specifications, documentation & record keeping effective communication skills to co-ordinate with all consultants on board
n 8) Valuable Knowledge of Autocad, Sketch up , MS office
