n Fostering long-term relationships with candidates
n Reviewing and understanding job requirements
n Reviewing applicants to verify if position requirements are met
n Researching new technologies
n Maintaining database
n Preparing and sending daily recruiting reports to the team manager
n Handling clients
n Handling conference calls
n Acting as a mentor, instructing and training junior recruiters
