n We are looking for a high-intent Inside Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team and drive revenue growth.
n The primary focus is managing day-to-day sales operations, mentoring a team of executives, and overseeing large ticket-size B2C closures.
n This role is ideal for a strategic, target-driven leader who excels at high-value sales conversions and driving team performance in a quick-paced environment.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the inside sales team to consistently meet targets.
n Oversee and personally drive high-ticket B2C sales closures by building deep trust and rapport with prospects.
n Develop effective sales strategies, pitches, and objection-handling frameworks for the team.
n Track critical performance metrics including conversion rates, call volumes, and team revenue pipelines.




n Ensure data hygiene and consistent lead tracking across the team within the internal CRM.
n Conduct regular training sessions to upskill team members on sales techniques and product offerings.
n Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align sales strategies with organizational growth goals.
n n Requirements
n n 7+ years of experience in Inside Sales (B2C), with a proven track record of handling high-value/large ticket-size closures.
n 3+ years of mandatory experience in team handling and people management.
n Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
n Deep understanding of high-intent lead conversion cycles and sales pipeline management.
n Ability to thrive, motivate others, and deliver results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
n Robust data management skills with direct familiarity with CRM tools and performance tracking tools.
