n Key Responsibilities
n n Manage relationships with banks and coordinate all banking operations.
n Handle foreign exchange (FX) transactions, including spot, forward, and hedging contracts.
n Monitor foreign currency exposures and implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
n Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure optimal fund utilization.
n Prepare cash flow forecasts and ensure adequate funding for business operations.
n Negotiate banking facilities, including loans, credit limits, and other financial arrangements.
n Process and oversee domestic and international payment transactions.
n Ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, and applicable regulatory requirements.
n Monitor interest rate movements and optimize the investment of surplus funds.
n Track and monitor compliance with financial covenants in line with the organization's financial performance.
n Prepare periodic treasury reports and management MIS.
n Manage accounts receivable collections and monitor outstanding receivables.




n Prepare periodic unaudited financial statements and financial projections to support loan enhancement and banking requirements.
n n Qualifications
n n B.Com with MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
n CA Semi-Qualified.
n n Experience
n n B.Com + MBA: 5–9 years of relevant experience in Treasury, Banking, or Corporate Finance.
n CA Semi-Qualified: 3–7 years of relevant experience in Treasury, Banking, or Corporate Finance.
n n Required Skills
n n Sound knowledge of treasury operations, banking products, cash flow management, and foreign exchange, hedging, loan facilitation & negotiation with bankers.
n Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
n Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
n Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Focus ERP, SAP, or Oracle NetSuite.
