n n Managing the exclusive talent roster and forging partnerships with various agencies.
n Understanding the unique selling points (USPs) of each creator under our management.
n Developing tailored strategies based on the clientele of each agency and our exclusive talent roster.
n Responsible for maximizing the overall revenue generated by our talent roster.
n Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
n Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and brands.
n Research relevant industry experts, competitors,
target audiences, and users.
n Brainstorm current, creative approaches to influencer campaigns.
n Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers.
n Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels.
n n Required Skills
n n Proficiency in email communication, Excel, PPT.
n Bachelor's degree in Media / Marketing.
n Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies.
n Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
n Well organized with great time management skills.
