n 1. Teaching & Academic Delivery
n · Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the related domain (Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning).
n · Prepare lesson plans, lecture materials, and course content.
n · Conduct lectures, seminars, tutorials, and practical sessions.
n · Use innovative pedagogy in line with NEP 2020 policy and emerging technology to enhance
n · learning experience among students.
n 2. Student Engagement & Mentorship
n · Guide and mentor students in academic and career development.
n · Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and examinations.
n · Provide feedback and support to improve student outcomes.
n 3. Research & Publications
n · Conduct research in commerce or related fields
n · Publish research papers in Scopus/ABDC/UGC CARE indexed journals.
n · Participate in conferences, seminars, and workshops.
n · Apply for research grants and funded projects (if applicable).
n 4. Curriculum Development
n · Contribute to syllabus design and curriculum updates




n · Align course content with professional courses, industry trends and academic standards.
n · Develop recent courses or programs where required.
n 5. Administrative & Institutional Responsibilities
n · Participate in departmental meetings and academic committees.
n · Assist in organizing academic events, workshops, and seminars.
n · Support Program Head in overall academic process 'execution.
n · Maintain academic records and documentation.
n 6. Industry Engagement
n · Build connections with industry professionals for guest lectures and internships.
n · Support placement activities and career guidance programs.
n · Engage in outreach and extension activities.
n Qualifications & Eligibility
n Education
n · MBA in the related domain from a recognized University.
n · NET/SET qualification as per UGC norms (where applicable).
n · Ph.D. in Management, or the related discipline (Preferred).
n · Professional certifications desirable.
n Experience
n · 0–5 years for entry-level roles (Freshers with NET/Ph.D. may apply).
n · Prior teaching or research experience is an advantage.
