n Key Responsibilities
n n Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics sector.
n Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
n Achieve individual sales and revenue targets as assigned by the organization.
n Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable freight forwarding solutions.
n Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and negotiate pricing with clients.
n Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
n Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of shipments.
n Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
n Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records.
n Represent the organization at client meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
n n Required Qualifications & Experience
n n Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related discipline.




n Minimum 2+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding Sales.
n Mandatory experience in the Freight Forwarding industry.
n Strong understanding of Air Freight, Sea Freight, Import/Export, Customs Clearance, and Logistics services.
n Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
