n Kemps Corner, South Mumbai (10 minutes from Grant road station in tax or bus)
n We are looking for a polite, responsible, and well-organized Receptionist to join our physiotherapy clinic in Mumbai.
n Job Responsibilities:
n Greet patients and handle front-desk duties
n Schedule appointments and manage patient records
n Answer phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries
n Handle billing, payments, and receipts
n Maintain a clean and professional reception area
n Requirements:
n Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
n Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, WhatsApp)
n Valuable communication skills (Basic English to communicate with patients)
n Friendly, presentable, and patient-focused attitude
n Prior clinic or healthcare experience is an advantage (not mandatory)
n Working Hours:
n Mon to Sat: 9 30 am to 6 pm
n Salary:
n As per skill and experience. Incentives are provided
