n Being the World's First WELL Health and Safety Rated Co-working Space & Southeast Asia's first WELL Precertified v2 co-working space, we make sure to offer a holistic experience to everyone at 2gethr ORR. We always knew flexibility had to be our core feature, in terms of both spatial design & community culture. Keeping this in mind, 2gethr ORR has been designed with a host of amenities that support our members 24x7—whether to take a quick nap & recharge before the next big meeting or sweat it out with the team during a brainstorming session.

n Roles and responsibilities:
n Project and Delivery Excellence:
n n Responsible for adhering to an appropriate and effective project management framework for corporate interior fit-out projects.
n Support in defining and implementing criteria for control and management of the project.
n Manage the design and site delivery team's performance of delegated responsibilities
n Prepare formal documentation on project progress for the client and 2gethr.
n Project Planning & Coordination- The aim is to establish a clear roadmap that outlines what needs to be done, how it will be done,



who will do it, and when it will be completed
n Quality Assurance- Establishing Requirements, documentation, involved in quality audits, RCA analysis.
n Reporting & Documentation- Regular reporting and documentation of projects.
n Build predictability, speed, and precision into every stage of project execution.
n n Planning, Scheduling & Operational Excellence:
n n Maintain detailed execution plans and resource schedules in collaboration with design, procurement, and site teams.
n Prepare project schedules ensuring logical sequencing, accurate dependencies and realistic timelines.
n Ensure strong coordination between design, procurement, site, and finance teams for seamless delivery.
n Utilize project management tools (MS Project, Zoho projects & Sprints) for schedule creation, tracking, and reporting.
n Coordinate and foster teamwork between all project stakeholders.
n Continuously refine planning and monitoring frameworks to ensure a proactive, data-driven, and execution-focused rhythm.
n n Vendor, Client & Stakeholder Management:
n n Responsible for supporting in coordination with vendors through the completion of the project.
n Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, PMCs, contractors, and other project partners to ensure alignment and smooth coordination.
n Manage vendor performance and contracts, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance,



and adherence to safety and operational standards.
n Ensure transparent and consistent communication across all stakeholders to eliminate misalignment or duplication of effort.
n n Qualifications & Experience:
n n 5+ years of experience in project management within commercial real estate or allied industries.
n Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
n Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n Must have knowledge on C&I; and MEP
n Degree in project management/ construction management.
