Job Description Associate / BD & Marketing Executive

n About the Role Our Client -Law Firm- is looking for a proactive Business Development & Marketing Executive to support the firm's growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating marketing content, and contributing to business development efforts in a fast-paced legal and consulting environment.
n Key Responsibilities:
n 1. Support business development activities, and ensure its smooth operation.
n 2. To assist in implementation of the Firm's strategic plans .
n 3. Coordinating and maintaining the firm's collaterals.
n 4. Key role in global ranking submissions for the Firm.
n 5. Manage the Firm's presence across social media and digital marketing channels.
n 6. Coordinate global events, and networking initiatives.




n 7. To engage in vendor negotiations.
n 8. Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
n 9. Maintain CRM and marketing databases, and prepare periodic reports.
n 10. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
n Requirements
n 1. Bachelor's degree in Law & Marketing or a related field.
n 2. 2-5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a similar role. Preferred experience in working in a similar profile at a Law firm.
n 3. Solid written and verbal communication skills.
n 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
n 5. Highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
