✅ Ensure timely response to client inquiries through calls, emails, and messages.
✅ Gather customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.
✅ Manage appointment scheduling and follow-ups with potential clients.
✅ Assist in loyalty programs and promotional campaigns.
