Logistics & Dispatch Coordinator – Job Description
Experience: 1 to 4 years
Location: Sargasan, Gandhinagar
Position: Logistics & Dispatch Coordinator
Key Responsibilities (Easy Points):
Handle daily dispatch of goods and prepare required documents.
Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and courier partners for timely delivery.
Check packaging, labeling, and loading of materials before dispatch.
Maintain dispatch records, tracking details, and follow-up on deliveries.
Manage stock availability by coordinating with the warehouse team.
Handle customer queries related to delivery status and dispatch updates.
Track shipments and ensure deliveries are completed on time.
Prepare daily dispatch reports and maintain proper documentation.
