Job Description: A Turbine Field Operator is responsible for the protected and efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of turbine equipment in the field, including monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. They work with a variety of turbines, including steam turbines, gas turbines, and wind turbines. Key Responsibilities:

- Operating and Monitoring Turbines: Field operators control the operation of turbines, using control boards, automation systems, and monitoring instruments to maintain optimal performance.
- Maintenance and Repair: They perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubrication, and inspection, and may also be involved in more complex repairs and maintenance.
- Troubleshooting: Field operators diagnose and resolve equipment issues, such as malfunctions or breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Safety Compliance: They adhere to all safety protocols and regulations,



including those related to high-pressure and high-temperature equipment.
- Record Keeping: Field operators document operational data, maintenance activities, and troubleshooting efforts, ensuring accurate records and reporting.
- Communication and Collaboration: They communicate with other plant personnel, including supervisors, engineers, and other operators, to coordinate activities and share information.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of turbine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting is essential.
