Job Description:

The MIS PMX skilled is responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting data to support effective decision-making and project monitoring. This role bridges data management, reporting, and project tracking to ensure timely delivery, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports and dashboards for management and project teams.

- Track project progress, milestones, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Perform data analysis to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement areas.

- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project data and ensure accuracy.

- Implement process improvements in reporting, monitoring, and data collection.

- Ensure data integrity and maintain documentation for reporting and project monitoring.

- Support decision-making with actionable insights from MIS and project data.

Skills & Qualifications:





- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.

- Strong knowledge of MIS tools, Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables), SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.

- Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to process improvement.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in project monitoring, MIS reporting, and data analytics.

- Familiarity with ERP systems and business intelligence tools.

- Prior experience in a corporate or consulting environment handling large datasets.
