We are seeking a Marketing Associate with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic
marketing team. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for managing the entire
prospect-to-customer journey through various marketing channels, including Email, WhatsApp,
Text Messages, Events, and IVR. The ideal candidate is a talented and efficient individual who
possesses a strategic thought process to automate marketing activities based on fundamental
triggers.
Responsibilities:
● Manage the prospect-to-customer journey: Oversee the entire process of converting
prospects into customers, utilizing various marketing channels to engage and nurture
leads effectively.
● Develop and execute marketing campaigns: Design and implement innovative
marketing campaigns using email, WhatsApp, text messages, events, and IVR, to
maximize lead generation and customer acquisition

● Automate marketing activities: Identify opportunities to automate marketing processes
based on fundamental triggers, streamlining workflows and improving efficiency.
● Analyze and optimize performance: Monitor and analyze campaign performance
metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer engagement, to
identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams:



Work closely with the sales, design, and
product teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and ensure
consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
● Stay updated on industry trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices,
and emerging technologies in marketing automation and customer journey
management, applying new strategies to drive growth.

Requirements:
● 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably digital.
● Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
● Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to take ownership of projects and
initiatives.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
