Job Description:

The Sr. Engineer / Engineer is responsible for planning, designing, developing, and overseeing engineering projects and operations. This role involves analyzing technical requirements, ensuring compliance with standards, optimizing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, review, and execute engineering designs, plans, and specifications.

- Manage and oversee projects from concept through completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

- Conduct technical analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to guide decision-making.

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, reports, and technical drawings.

- Implement process improvements and ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve engineering issues, providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.

- Monitor project progress, manage resources,



and report status to management.

- Participate in procurement, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiation as needed.

- Mentor and train junior staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Software, or related field).

- Proven experience as an engineer in the relevant discipline, with senior-level experience preferred for Sr. Engineer roles.

- Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB, project management tools).

- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
