A Sales Officer in a paint manufacturing company is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market reach, and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share
- Identify and appoint new dealers, distributors, and retail outlets
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and channel partners
- Promote company products and conduct product demonstrations when required
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit limits
- Coordinate with internal teams like production and logistics for smooth order fulfillment




- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management
- Organize promotional activities, campaigns, and site visits

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in paints, building materials, or FMCG
- Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
