Job Description:

- Responsible to conduct safety specific training and maintain records for the same.

- Conducting safety Induction training for new workmen.

- PPE Assessment.

- Maintaining form, No 9,10,11,29,32,33,37

- Schedule & maintain site inspections on regular basis (fire pump house, fire hydrant, fire extinguishers)

- Organizing & celebrating the national safety week, world environment day.

- Participate in formal SHE reviews of existing fire equipment modification, new equipment purchases.

- To arrange safety committee meeting.

- Report & support the responses to accidents, emergency or crisis situations occurring

- Accident/incident investigations and corrective measures. Monitoring of implementation and correction of discrepancies.

- Identification and solution on unsafe conditions at site on regular basis.





- Issuing Safety permit after ensuring total safety.

- Conduct periodic safety audits, safety training for workmen / supervisor & pursue implementation of recommendations.

- Conduct Third party safety audit, safety report & First aid training.

- On site emergency preparedness planning & MOCK drill.

- Purchase and budgeting of safety equipment’s and system.

- Preparation of Safety SOP’s.

- All compliance, correspondence with GPCB, DISH office (with Factory inspector)

- Conduct safety audit, MS/OHSAS system (ISO 14001/ISO 45001)

- Preparing in office emergency action plan.

- Conducting third party safety audit ,Work place monitoring
