Job Description: Key Responsibilities

Control Room Monitoring

- Monitor DCS graphics, process screens & trend logs

- Control and maintain critical process parameters

- Ensure smooth & optimal plant performance

⚙ Start-up / Shutdown Operations

- Execute protected plant start-up & shutdown activities

- Handle emergency procedures as per SOP

Troubleshooting & Deviation Handling

- Identify process deviations

- Diagnose issues and take corrective actions

- Prevent equipment damage & process incidents

Coordination

- Work closely with field operators

- Guide manual adjustments & maintenance activities

Documentation

- Maintain Batch Sheets & Production Reports

- Record daily operating parameters

Safety & Compliance

- Follow safety standards, SOPs & ISO guidelines

- Maintain Quality System compliance

Technical Requirements

- Hands-on experience in DCS Software:
▪ Honeywell
▪ Yokogawa
▪ DeltaV

- Experience in:
▪ Petrochemical / Specialty Chemical / Agro Chemical plants
▪ Oxidation, Nitration & Sulfonation processes
▪ Distillation of Heavy Chemicals
