Responsibilities
- Recruiting: Oversee the hiring process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and making hiring decisions
- Training and development: Plan and manage training programs, and provide performance evaluations
- Compensation and benefits: Administer salaries, pensions, and advantages, and ensure compliance with industry and government standards
- Policies and procedures: Develop and maintain HR policies, and ensure compliance with employment regulations
- Employee relations:
Handle employee grievances and conflicts, and ensure employees follow company policies
- Health and safety: Implement health and safety regulations, and ensure employees' welfare
- Leave policies: Create and update leave policies, and ensure employees understand them
- Exit interviews: Oversee exit interviews and procedures
