Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹50,000 (May vary based on experience and interview)
Qualification: BE – Computer/Electronics
Language Proficiency: Fluent/Good in English

Job Brief:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Service Engineer to join our team, specializing in the design, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems in label & packaging printers. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AutoCAD, PCB design, and industrial solutions, as well as hands-on experience with Servo Motors, PLC hardware, and CNC systems. The role involves both national and international travel to provide support and solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Electrical Design: Create electrical diagrams, PCB designs, and circuit/panel designs for industrial machines using AutoCAD.
- Servo Motor & PLC Knowledge: Work with Servo Motors, Servo Drives, PLC hardware, HMI Hardware, and VLSI for efficient machine functioning.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to electrical and mechanical spare parts in industrial equipment.
- Industrial Solutions: Provide effective solutions for manufacturing challenges and breakdown conditions,



ensuring minimal downtime.
- Product Design & Improvement: Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of electrical products and systems to enhance performance and reliability.
- Mechanical Expertise: Apply mechanical knowledge to solve problems in industrial products, ensuring optimal performance.
- Manufacturing & Testing: Support manufacturing processes and contribute to the testing of systems and components for quality assurance.
- Travel Requirements: Travel both nationally and internationally to assist with installations, troubleshooting, and client support.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience, with specific expertise in the label & packaging printer industry and R&D; knowledge.
- Technical Skills: Solid proficiency in AutoCAD, electrical systems design, PCB design, and working with Servo Motors, PLC, HMI, VLSI, and CNC systems.
- Mechanical Knowledge: Understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting of industrial equipment.
- Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel nationally and internationally as needed for client support and product installation.
- Qualifications: BE in Computer Engineering or Electronics.
- Communication: Fluent or good proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
