Candidate's Profile:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales, lead generation, or channel partner management
- Robust understanding of western suburbs Mumbai real estate landscape, current market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships
- Comfortable with collecting, analyzing and interpreting data
