Educational Qualification:

Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant field

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage civil construction projects on-site.

Ensure project work is carried out according to approved designs, plans, and specifications.

Monitor progress, quality, and safety standards at construction sites.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders for smooth execution.

Prepare reports and documentation related to site activities and project progress.

Identify and resolve technical issues and provide solutions on-site.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Strong background in civil construction and site management.

Excellent understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and standards.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Good communication and leadership skills to manage teams on-site.
