Key Responsibilities:

- Answer inbound customer calls and assist with banking inquiries and transactions.

- Make outbound calls to promote banking products and services.

- Provide accurate information about account balances, loan details, interest rates, and branch locations.

- Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.

- Educate customers on digital banking tools such as mobile apps and online banking.

- Maintain customer records and log all interactions in the CRM system.

- Achieve monthly call handling and sales targets as defined by the department.





- Follow compliance regulations, bank policies, and data privacy standards.

- Support customers in account opening, card requests, and other basic banking services.

- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products and procedures.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or bachelor's degree in any field.

- Prior experience in a customer service or banking call center role preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic computer literacy and knowledge of banking systems is an advantage.
