Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

Support property launches, promotions, and events.

Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Experience in real estate sales/marketing is preferred but not mandatory.

Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
