Key Responsibilities

- Showroom Maintenance: Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the showroom to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Display Management: Set up and manage product displays to highlight current collections, bestsellers, and seasonal products, ensuring alignment with branding and aesthetic standards.
- Customer Assistance: Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom, answering product inquiries, and providing a positive experience.
- Inventory Management: Coordinate with the inventory team to track showroom stock levels, ensuring products are available and displayed effectively.
- Product Knowledge:



Develop an in-depth understanding of product lines to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team by facilitating a smooth sales process, including managing inquiries, placing orders, and coordinating with logistics.
- Vendor Coordination: Work with suppliers and maintenance vendors to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of showroom facilities and displays.
- Event Preparation: Prepare and organize the showroom for events, launches, or promotions, ensuring products and displays are set up in a visually appealing way.
- Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback on product displays and showroom experience, providing insights to improve service and presentation.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure the showroom complies with health, safety, and legal regulations, conducts regular checks, and addresses any issues.
