Job Description:

We are seeking a Site Supervision Engineer to manage and oversee building automation projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in smart home and office automation technologies, with a keen interest in staying updated on industry trends.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze client requirements, prepare relevant drawings/schematics, and interpret architectural plans.
Supervise site activities, guide electrical contractors on cabling requirements, and verify installations as per BOM.
Manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently.
Coordinate with stakeholders like architects, electrical teams, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
Oversee installation, programming, commissioning, and quality control of automation systems.
Handle network cabling, wired/wireless network setups, and home automation devices (e.g., lighting control systems,



home theatre, CCTV, intrusion systems, Wi-Fi).
Generate and share daily progress reports using ERP systems.

Required Skills
Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
Robust technical knowledge in cabling and network architecture.
Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination.
Reporting and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and a proactive, street-smart approach.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the home automation industry.
Hands-on experience in handling complex wiring and system installations.
