Job Title: Telecaller – Gold Showroom
(Only Female Can Apply) Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.

- Respond to inbound inquiries and provide detailed information.

- Explain current offers, promotions, and product details.

- Maintain records of calls, feedback, and customer responses.

- Follow up with leads to convert into showroom visits or purchases.

- Coordinate with the sales team for seamless customer service.

- Maintain a polite and qualified demeanor at all times.

- Provide after-sales support and collect feedback from customers.

- Update CRM with accurate call details and outcomes.

- Handle basic customer complaints and direct complex issues to relevant staff.

Requirements:

- Minimum 12th pass; a degree is a plus.

- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a customer service role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Fluent in [insert local language] and basic English.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

- Polite, patient, and persuasive attitude.

- Knowledge or interest in gold/jewelry products is an advantage.
