We Are Hiring Sales Executive – Diamond Showroom In Ahmedabad.

Job Title: Sales Executive – Diamond Showroom

Location: Ahmedabad
Department: Retail Sales / Luxury Jewelry
Reports To: Showroom Manager / Sales Manager
(Male and Female Both Can Apply)

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.

- Understand and present detailed product knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry.

- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

- Assist customers in selecting the right pieces based on their needs and preferences.

- Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and ensure accurate documentation.

- Maintain the visual presentation and cleanliness of the showroom.

- Track and achieve individual and team sales targets.

- Follow up with clients post-sale for aftercare and satisfaction.





- Stay updated on market trends, product developments, and promotions.

- Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

- 1–3 years of experience in luxury retail or fine jewelry sales.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to deliver high-level customer service and build client trust.

- Knowledge of the 4Cs (Cut, Color, Clarity, Carat) and diamond grading is a plus.

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.

- Well-groomed, qualified appearance and demeanor.

- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
