Job Description:

Job Title: Structural BIM Modeler

Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage detailed structural BIM models for various projects.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to integrate structural designs into overall project models.
- Ensure all BIM models adhere to relevant building codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Coordinate model exchanges with different project stakeholders, including MEP and architectural teams.
- Assist in the development and implementation of BIM standards, templates, and workflows.
- Review and optimize existing structural designs in BIM for accuracy, constructability, and efficiency.
- Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM-related processes.

Qualifications:





- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modeling for structural systems.
- Proficiency with BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Solid understanding of structural design principles, construction processes, and material behavior.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with industry standards and codes related to structural design.
