Job Description:

- Develop and execute functional test plans and test cases.

- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.

- Work closely with developers to understand application functionality and design effective testing strategies.

- Conduct regression and performance testing as needed.

- Participate in requirement reviews and provide input on functional requirements and product designs.

- Ensure that testing activities align with project schedules and objectives.

- Collaborate with the QA team to continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Functional Tester or in a similar testing role.





- Robust understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies.

- Familiarity with testing tools such as JIRA, Selenium, or QTP.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Detail-oriented with a passion for quality assurance.
