Job Description:
⚙️ Utility Operations & Maintenance

- Operate and maintain utilities like:

- Boilers & Thermic Fluid Heaters

- Chillers & Cooling Towers

- Air Compressors (Instrument & Plant Air)

- HVAC Systems

- DG Sets & Electrical Utilities

- Water Systems (RO, DM, Softener, ETP/STP)

- Ensure uninterrupted supply of utilities to production and other departments.

Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance

- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.

- Troubleshoot breakdowns and minimize downtime.

- Maintain records of maintenance logs and equipment history.

Monitoring & Efficiency

- Monitor utility consumption (steam, water, power, compressed air).

- Optimize energy utilization and reduce operational costs.

- Implement energy-saving and improvement initiatives.

Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain logbooks, SOPs, and checklists.

- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and environmental norms.

- Support audits (internal, regulatory, and client audits).

Safety & Coordination

- Ensure secure operation of all utility equipment.

- Coordinate with production, QA, and maintenance teams.

- Handle contractors and utility-related projects.
