Job Description:

Position: AM/Manager - Production

Location: Daman

Experience: 5 - 10 Years

Industries: Pharma

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day production operations, ensuring timely and efficient manufacturing.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain product quality.
- Monitor and control production schedules, inventory levels, and raw material usage.
- Lead, train, and supervise the production team to meet performance goals.
- Implement corrective actions to address production issues and improve workflows
- Review of Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR), Batch Packing Record (BPR), Master Formula Record and Master Packing Record.
- Preparation of Standard Operating Procedure in Manufacturing and Packing Area.



To Provide SOP Training to the sub-ordinates and newly joined personnel.
- Responsible for compliance for all types of regulatory audits, Inspection and/ or internal quality audit.

Required Skills:

- Positive verbal, written and computer communication skills
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Self-motivated and confident with positive attitude

Required Qualification: - B.Pharm/M.Pharm/B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry

Salary :- Upto 10.00 LPA
