Job Description:

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fitter with 1-5 years of experience in heavy machinery manufacturing or waste water treatment. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in MS and SS fabrication, plumbing and electrical fitting, as well as proficiency in welding techniques such as Argon and Arc welding. Experience with UPVC piping work is essential. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Fabrication and Assembly: Perform MS and SS fabrication tasks, including cutting, welding, and assembling components to create machinery and equipment.
- Welding Operations: Utilize Argon and Arc welding techniques to join metal parts, ensuring strong and accurate welds.
- Piping Work: Install and maintain UPVC piping systems, ensuring proper alignment and leak-free connections.
- Plumbing and Electrical Fitting: Assist in plumbing and electrical fitting tasks as required, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a protected working environment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent on tasks.





Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: SSC/HSC/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-5 years in heavy machinery manufacturing or waste water treatment.
- Fabrication Skills: Proficient in MS and SS fabrication techniques.
- Welding Skills: Experienced in Argon and Arc welding.
- Piping Experience: Hands-on experience with UPVC piping work.
- Additional Skills: Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical fitting.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Safety Awareness: Strong commitment to adhering to safety standards and protocols.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in waste water treatment facilities.
- Familiarity with industry safety regulations and standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
