Job Description:

Overall Plant Maintenance and smooth running of machines(Utilities is MUST)

2. Cost effective operations & uninterrupted supply of utility, HVAC Management

3. Effective utilization of manpower and resources

4. Timely redressal of breakdowns

5. Asset Management & Engineering department's revenue & capital budget

6. Waste minimization /recycle/ reuse

7. EHS, Safety,

8. Improvements in inventory management systems of spares and consumables/ Cost saving initiatives

9. Ability to develop the overall strategy of continuous improvement for PI's Environmental Health and Safety initiatives

10. Experience and competence of Process Safety & Risk Analysis of highly complex chemistry and highly instrumented process plants

11.



Fulfill utilities requirements of R&D; lab, PILS, Pilot lab & Pilot plant

12. Maintain SAP data like PM order, Reservation, Purchase requisition, Gate pass, Utility generation data, PO, Service entry sheet etc

13. Engineering vendor development and evaluation

14. Responsible for ISO 14001/ OHSAS 18001 implementation, monitoring, compliance

15. Provide support to project function in EHS infrastructure development in all the recent projects
16. Work force management
