Job Description: Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Management:

- Oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and adherence to schedules.
- Monitor and control production processes, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Optimize production efficiency by analyzing and improving processes and workflows.

- Quality Control:

- Ensure all products meet established quality standards.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any quality issues promptly.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards for liquor manufacturing.

- Team Supervision:

- Manage and guide production staff, including shift operators and technicians.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure the team is well-versed in operational and safety protocols.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.

- Inventory & Resource Management:





- Monitor raw material inventory and ensure timely procurement to prevent production delays.
- Oversee maintenance schedules and ensure machinery and equipment are in optimal condition.

- Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure adherence to excise, environmental, and safety regulations specific to the liquor industry.
- Maintain accurate documentation for audits and inspections.

- Reporting & Analysis:

- Prepare and present production reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as output, efficiency, and downtime.
- Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions.

- Continuous Improvement:

- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to incorporate best practices.
