Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Recent Delhi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include prospecting, cold calling, client meetings, and preparing sales reports.

Qualifications :

1.Sales, Negotiation, and Communication skills
2.Experience in B2B sales, business development, or field sales preferred.
3.Ability to meet and exceed sales targets




4.Customer service and Relationship-building skills
5.Comfortable with field work.
6.Knowledge of Waterproofing and the Construction industry is a plus.
7.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Role :

1.Visit under-construction sites.
2.Pitch waterproofing services in person.
3.Collect lead details and coordinate with our in-house team.
4.Explain the basic benefits of our waterproofing and repair packages.
5.Follow up via phone for meeting conversions and staying in touch with the potential client till it is closed/Lost.
6.Fuel Allowance: Paid for local travel.
7.Must own a two-wheeler.

8.Salary 15-20k + Incentives 1.5% on every sales
5K on first sales
