Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits

- Present and promote products/services to existing and prospective customers

- Understand customer needs and provide suitable product solutions

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Maintain robust client relationships and provide post-sales support

- Update CRM with sales activity and client information

- Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional campaigns

- Monitor market trends and competitor activity

- Provide feedback and insights to the sales manager

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

- 1–3 years of experience in sales (B2B or B2C)

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings or field sales
