Job Description: Job Title: Dy. Manager / Manager – Production Planning & Control (PPC)

Location: Ahmedabad (HQ)
Reporting To: Operations Head
Salary: ₹10–15 LPA

Job Purpose:

To lead the end-to-end Production Planning and Control function, ensuring timely delivery as per sales commitments and efficient coordination across departments at NVC.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the PPC function with a team of qualified engineers.

- Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.

- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Design, Production, Assembly, Quality, and Stores teams.

- Generate production orders in SAP and handle shortages and escalations proactively.

- Implement ECNs and manage inventory accordingly.

- Drive inventory optimization across operations.

Required Skills & Attributes:





- Strong hands-on experience in PPC within assembly setups with in-house fabrication/paint shops.

- Proficient in ERP/MRP systems—preferably SAP PP/MM or SAP B1.

- Good knowledge of BoM, production orders, ECN/PCN processes, and cost optimization.

- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, fabrication/paint shop planning is an added advantage.

- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: B.E. (Mechanical/Production) – Full time from a reputed institute

- Experience: 9–12 years in a capital equipment manufacturing setup (preferably in Gujarat)
