n Exp: 5 + Years
n Location: Bangalore
n CTC: Upto 12 to 20 LPA
n Job Description:-
n • Manage end-to-end Claims Adjudication operations for US Healthcare clients.
n • Lead and mentor teams handling non-voice healthcare claims processing.
n • Ensure accurate adjudication of medical claims as per client guidelines.
n • Monitor productivity, quality, TAT, and SLA adherence.
n • Review and resolve complex claims and escalations.
n • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
n • Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and employee development.
n • Collaborate with Quality, Training, and Client teams to improve operational efficiency
