n As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Operations & Client Success Manager to take ownership of our projects from award to final closure.
n What You'll Do
n * Lead project execution from post-award to successful handover.
n * Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Teams, Design, Procurement and Finance.
n * Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
n * Drive project timelines, quality, billing and collections.
n * Manage change orders, commercial closures and final handovers.
n * Track project profitability, risks and operational performance.
n * Ensure a seamless client experience while delivering projects on time and within budget.




n What We're Looking For
n * 8–12 years of experience in Commercial Interior Fit-outs or Design & Build.
n * Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
n * Strong client-facing, commercial and leadership skills.
n * Experience in billing, contracts, project coordination and operational management.
n * Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
