n Role: Senior Executive – Social Media & Content
n Key Responsibilities:
n 1.Social Media Management
n * Manage and grow the brand's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube,
n and other relevant platforms.
n * Create and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
n * Publish, schedule, and optimize content across social channels.
n 2.Content Creation & Strategy
n * Develop engaging content ideas for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and website
n content.
n * Write compelling captions, product copy, campaign messaging, and brand communication.
n * Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and influencers to create high-
n quality content.
n 3.Reels & Video Content
n * Plan and execute Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video content.
n * Identify trending formats, audio,



and creative concepts to improve reach and engagement.
n 4.Influencer & Community Management
n * Support influencer outreach and collaboration activities.
n * Build relationships with creators and brand advocates.
n * Manage community engagement initiatives and user-generated content opportunities.
n 5.Analytics & Reporting
n * Monitor content and social media performance.
n Other Details:
n n 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, or Digital Marketing.
n Strong content writing and communication skills.
n Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging social media
n platforms.
n Ability to create content calendars and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
n Familiarity with Canva and social media management tools.
