Job Description Collective Creative Labs at Collective Artists Network is looking for passionate Junior Creative Designers to join our creative team.
n Role Summary
n If you're passionate about advertising, branding, and visual storytelling, this is an chance to work alongside experienced creatives and contribute to exciting campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
n Key Responsibilities
n Assist in developing creative concepts and campaign ideas.
n Design creatives for digital, social media, print, OOH, and presentations.
n Support visual execution, including layouts, typography, and mood boards.
n Assist in photo/video shoots and production coordination.
n Create basic motion graphics using After Effects or similar tools.




n Adapt creative assets across multiple platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
n Requirements
n 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with an exceptional portfolio are encouraged to apply).
n Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design skills.
n Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
n Working knowledge of After Effects is preferred.
n Understanding of typography, layout, and visual design principles.
n Illustration, motion graphics, or video editing skills are a plus.
